Bad for water starved TN. With this water dispute will deepen between TN and KAR. Much of cauvery basin (interiors/tail-ends) did not receive any rains. This makes these regions as driest spots. Will NEM revive during DEC or dry spell will continue with season coming to closure. Probably NOV 2012 is driest month for TN with no rains during NEM season. SriLsnka must be facing similar drought.
Orissa enjoys UACs/lows during SWM and depressions during NEM.
