[1] "NILAM" at 15Z/301012 was at 9.4 N / 81.9 E i.e exactly 217 km East of Savakacheri near Jafnna, in Srilanka .

[2] At 18Z it moved slightly to North.

[3] CIMSS indicates the shift of low wind shear location to further north at about  13 Deg N
