    Still NE monsoon in TamilNadu is 60% below normal. In fact depressions are not covering entire geo of TN but skipping into western Arabian sea and giving rise to depressions and lows over Mah/Guj. These states should not have received rains but daily getting heavy rains.

    Rayalsamma,SE Karnataka also did not get much from NE monsoon.

    Just a month to go what is the prediction?

    Absolutely wrong.

    From where you got this data ( 60% below normal).

    Please refer the IMD data

    Till now it is 18% above average.
