    Chennai - Heavy drizzle continues..not able to see which way clouds r moving..more rains to come till Sunday according to BBC.

    This is laughable. In most places of Maharastra and Mumbai we call 60-70mm drizzle. Normally here it rains 150mm- 500mm daily.

    Total rain 2500mm - 3000mm.

    I estimate chennai rain for a couple of days only. put up reason in "vagaries".

    In our place, we call even 150-500mm as drizzle only!
