Uttar Pradesh, Bihar  and Sub­Himalayan West Bengal.

Another strong cold wave expected after 8-Jan for N, N-W and Central India

Visibility would reduce to 100 M or less in dense to very dense fog over some parts of
Gangetic plain during next 48 hours
