An easterlies has started affecting Tamilnadu today.

Some of the moisture from easterlies is also affecting Chennai, "why it was cloudy like NE monsoon today?" 
It'll persist till Monday noon.
#Chennai - on 27-Feb, slightly higher humidity, Easterly winds thru the day, good cloud buildup till 1pm and it'll be warm around 32 C. .. and #Chennai can also expect a "scattered" drizzle or light rain on 27,28-Feb.

S,SE coast Tamilnadu can get a moderate rain in next 15hrs.
S,S-central,S w-ghats can get scattered T showers on afternoon of 27,28-Feb.
