 Today the MASCARENE HIGH has further strengthen to 1032 hPa. From this HIGH SEly winds are blowing towards horn of Africa to get deflected and to blow as westerly.  a thin band of clod is seen SW Arabian sea.  By the same time the upper level easterlies have not gained strength and momentum both in direction and speed.  The UAC in the bay is moving towards coast and the southern tip cloud bands are touching unto Puducherry. Rains in CAP, some parts in Telengana & North coastal TN is possible

Today a weak circulation at low levels can be seen over N.Bay.
