SWM onset

 Even the the POWER HOUSE is close to normal position it is tilly-tallying in East -West direction.

The very SOUTHERLY winds expected to be at Somalia Coast has NOT picked up.

However Winds are strong SOUTHERLY / 30 KMPH at Tanzania coast. [Cities like Daree Salam, Zanzibar reported those winds]

Southerly winds are taking SWly direction just above 5 Deg North.
