Easterly wave propagation

The Easterlies are waves propagating from west to east.  The trough in the wave will always be the place of vortex [whereas the crest is meant for anti cyclonic] for the formation of clouds.  The trough of low from Comorin sea to West central Bay is perhaps due to this propagation.
