Minimum temperatures fell by 2­ to 4°C over  some parts of Jammu &
Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttrakhand, east Uttar Pradesh, east Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh,
Gujarat, south Madhya Maharashtra, interior Tamilnadu, Telangana, Kerala, Karnataka, north
Assam and Meghalaya.
On 8-Mar, lowest minimum temperature of  5.4°C  has been recorded at Erinpura (Rajasthan) in the plains of country.
