.. but Gulf of Mannar is active again to give some HEAVY T showers for S,SE coast of Tamilnadu in next 2/4hrs.

Latest analysis show, that circulation South of Srilanka persists.
And

In next 2 days, the circulation South of Srilanka is expected to persist almost in same zone, while Arabian sea circulation will move West.

For N,central-coast Tamilnadu, some more moderate / light rain expected during next 36hrs and will become DRY on Friday evening.
