Late night showers over S. Tamilnadu and Kerala on 13-Mar

Rainfall occurred at a few places over Kerala and isolated rainfall occurred over Tamil Nadu while Dry weather prevailed over Lakshadweep, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

      Sivagiri (Tirunelveli dt) and Ayikudi (Tirunelveli dt) recorded heavy rainfall of 9 and 8 centimetres respectively.

      The other chief amounts of rainfall recorded in centimetres are:
