420mm in 24hours is an extreme rainfall. As you mentioned 1000m in 2006 was the greatest when many people lost there lives, and we were in offices for 2 days. With a parabola formed over maharashtra, again there will be extreme rain.
ReplyDeleteWay it is raining in Mumbai, it seems june itself rain quota will be 1000mm. And keeping it into account 3-4 months of rain, will it cross all record 3000mm? On other hand south west is dry, no rain in Mangalore,Kerala. Bangalore as usual was extremely hot, hardly it rained in june just some 10mm-20mm.
ReplyDeleteLots of rain intensity and humidity deviation between Colaba and Santacruz.
