NEM withdrawal

 The closest point to SUN is known as PERIHELION.  The distance between the earth and Sun is about 147 million Kilo meter. This occurs every year on 03 January when the SUN is marching NORTH.

The northerly march of SUN slowly weakens the high pressure systems in Northern hemisphere.  The grip of easterly is losing.   Perhaps it may pave way for NEM withdrawal from Indian SE coast.
