Lucknow = 11 C (+4)
Dehradun = 8 C (+3)
But some places in North India recorded Well below normal day temps..
Chandigarh = 13C (-8)
Ludhiana = 14C (-5)
Present mid,upper-level W.D moisture will continue to affect North kashmir, N Himachal till morning of 7-jan.
Up to 10-Jan, there's NO system expected for N,N-W India.
