Synoptic chart of date 16.06.2012 / 1200 GMT
The
high pressure [Mascerene High] with centre pressure 1028 hPa is located near 350
S / 52.50E, and is with lesser force. Another high 27.50S/ 900E
is located in SE to NW direction. The
1028 hPa high is blowing cross equatorial winds to touch 150 N and
beyond in Indian west coast. I consider this as a good sign for strengthening of SWM 2012 across
west coast.
