1. It is third time (Rajesh Sir has already proposed 3rd one) when low pressure orginated between 5-10 degree latitude over the bay but travelled east into arabian sea. Why is it so? Do you think any currents or streams missings for low to move north - up into Sri Lanka / TN / Andhra???
2. Every year we see increase in SWM duration and major falls over NW, Central,Maha,Guj,Raj but less NEM and less rain over south india. With all these facts Rajisthan/Guj be cannot be termed as dry states anymore we have seen 5years statistics.
3. If weak NEM continues then probably in few years NEM may not exist at all.
4. Already drought over Andhra - wonder none of our weatherman have highlighted this? In a month TN/SriLanka may also join.
Not sure if weather experts agree to disagree.
