    Torrential rains pounds Maharastra again. Since June no respite from rains. September rains are supposed to navigate to down south india. But monsoon axis again becoming vigourous over Maharastra,central,guj,raj. Why doesn't monsoon axis ever form over south india???? Gaganbawda gets 300mm of rain in 24hours. Extreme rains in next 24hours over Maharashtra.
