    cool buddy...before nov 5,low level circulation over lanka move n.westerly n intensify into a depression in s.w bay..this wil happen before nov 3.but tis depend only and only if easterlies were strong and intense heat in the sea surface ,low level convergence winds should pass us .(tamil nadu)...source 4m DEPRESSION FORECASTERS OF SOUTH CHINA SEA
