    Recent cyclone "Laila" brought extremely heavy rain over coastal Andhra Pradesh - Krishna districs,Ongle- probably 500mm in a single day.

    Addanki - received heavy rainfall of 522 mm, followed by Maddipadu with 510 mm and Kothapatnam 258 mm on May 21.

    Ongole - received heavy rain of 320 mm on May 20
