Though out the globe farmers are the first victim to nature's fury. Farmers directly depend on weather. Any rough weather off sets farmers easily.
Military is guarding the people and nation from any onslaught. [Bad] Weather is the prime emergency for agriculturalist and NO viable contingency plan to safeguard farmers from the onslaught of [bad]weather is planned. On every alternate day, by one or other weather phenomenon, many agriculturalist are slaughted. After the calamity the Government comes forward to give meager compensation for loss of [life some time]crops.
Government must chalk out contingency plans for farmers for every weather emergency [apart from disaster management] and safeguard them by deploying military weather man in each and every taluk. This will instill confidence in the minds of the farmers. The Military weather man, in coordination with apex weather body [IMD]assess the local weather disseminate them to the farmers every hour daily. The Military Weatherman even will assist in search and rescue operations during weather emergency like flood / cyclone hit /Tsunami etc.
Hence please think of a WEATHER BRIGADE.
