Past 4 weeks of Rainfall over south peninsula has gone down yesterday... Bapatla recorded rainfall of 1 centimetre.

    Regarding end of northeast monsoon. Looks like TamilNadu received defecient monsoon. It rained only in month of november. october,december,january was dry. There were no cyclones,low pressures during december. Inspite of predictions that Elnino will give rise to strong northeast monsoon, it conitnued to remain weak. What is correct explaination for this? Will in future years northeast monsoon completely dissapear? What will happen to peninsular states, sri lanka...?
