Thanks. Very interesting article about Surface sea temperature, so there is a positive correlation between SST and probability of depressions. No wonder as predicted earlier that peninsular India will have heavy rains on 30dec2009-02jan2010 did not happen because of low SST.
But on either side ELnino which leads to warming of sea results in droughts, why is it so?
