This is not heavy rain. It is just 20mm, Heavy rain is atleast 200mm-500mm-1000mm. Infact Bangalore never received this year northeast monsoon. It is deficient. Atleast small drizzle will clean dirty roads, reduce heat,pollution and give water to dry/dying trees.
