Almost all models now has played down the formation of Cyclone just north of Andaman... instead they are focusing on "95B" area.

    All cyclones and low pressures just vanished. Very weak northeast monsoon, ElNino is having negative effect on northeast monsoon. TamilNadu back to drought.
